Ron DeMeyer set up another great fishing trip to Brushy Creek and Living Waters Fly shop.  We carpooled to Round Rock and the fly shop was our first visit.

We got a lot of great tips on how to fish the creek plus where to fish it.

Chris Johnson was again a wealth of information and His new fly shop is really great.  Please visit it whenever you can.  The Shop has one of the best fly tying materials supply I have ever seen.

Around 1:30 pm we decided to go eat and ended up in a great Pizza shop called the SLAP BOX!

After Lunch, we decided to go to a different place to fish!!  Same thing there as the first place.  Lots of sunfish and a few bass.

All in all it was a great time so please try to make the next outing that Ron sets up.

Carl emailed me last week and said he will not be at the meeting in April.   Later, he sent me another email with the following pictures and the comment of “22 inch brown and I am not sorry I missed he meeting”!!!!

The picture say it all about the fishing, but nothing about the falling in.  Jeff is trying to set the record for getting dunked in the Guadalupe!!!
